Sales Specialist (Automotive)

Location: Fully office-based in Bucharest, Romania; remote and hybrid work are not available.

What you will do

• Present, promote, and sell vehicles to car dealers.
• Identify and prospect potential customers in the Romanian market.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through regular communication.
• Negotiate and close sales deals while meeting monthly targets.
• Provide customer support and consultation throughout the sales process.

Requirements

• Excellent, advanced Romanian language skills.
• Middle or advanced English skills.
• Experience in sales and/or the automotive industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Adaptability, resilience, and a professional, customer-oriented approach.
