Associate Director, EHS Strategy & Transformation (AI)

What you will do

• Lead the enterprise EHS transformation roadmap, translating strategy into programs with clear outcomes, governance, and measurable impact.
• Track delivery, risks, and benefits while shaping the EHS operating model, capabilities, and ways of working.
• Partner with business leaders, People & Culture, and Technology to strengthen EHS leadership, succession planning, and specialist capability.
• Develop the EHS digital roadmap and promote the responsible use of data, AI, automation, and emerging technologies.
• Embed transformation across Development, Data Centre Operations, and Governance & Assurance throughout the asset lifecycle.
• Lead the Strategy & Transformation team and contribute to the Enterprise EHS Leadership Team.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience across EHS, strategy, transformation, organisational capability, or complex enterprise programs.
• Proven experience turning strategy into practical programs and delivering sustainable change from design through implementation and adoption.
• Strong program leadership and experience managing complex, cross-functional initiatives in fast-paced, growing organisations.
• Understanding of contemporary EHS management, including leadership, culture, systems, governance, and organisational capability.
• Experience in organisational design, operating model transformation, leadership development, or capability building.
• Confidence working with technology, data, digital platforms, AI, and emerging technologies across regions and cultures.
