Head of APAC GTM Enablement (AI)

Location: Singapore. Hybrid policy: staff are expected to work from one of the offices at least 25% of the time; some roles may require more office time.

What you will do

• Establish the APAC enablement rhythm through regional onboarding cohorts and live practice-based sessions in APAC time zones.
• Adapt and translate the international enablement portfolio for APAC markets and feed regional insights back into global programmes.
• Partner with GTM leaders to create a scalable manager coaching standard.
• Own regional launch readiness so the APAC field is certified and prepared for new models and products.
• Lead deal walkthroughs, role-plays, and customer-conversation rehearsals focused on practice and application.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in GTM enablement, sales productivity, or field roles, including several years leading enablement.
• Experience building and leading GTM enablement across APAC and more than one regional market.
• Experience influencing and delivering programmes beyond the candidate’s own region.
• Ability to design practice-first enablement and measure behavioural change in the field.
• Experience enabling teams across languages and cultures, with strong collaboration skills with sales leaders.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education, training, and professional experience.

Nice to have

• Experience in both global and APAC enablement roles.
• Experience building a regional enablement function from zero or delivering enablement across APAC markets.
• Previous quota-carrying or sales leadership experience.
• Enablement experience in AI, developer platforms, or technical products sold to executives and builders.
• Experience creating manager or coaching programmes.
