What you will do

• Coordinate daily project activities, task tracking, follow-up, and delivery commitments with project leads.
• Maintain project plans, schedules, status updates, resource allocations, staffing plans, and capacity forecasts.
• Track sprint progress, milestones, scope, deliverables, risks, dependencies, and blockers.
• Prepare status reports and escalate risks with clear context and proposed actions.
• Translate sales pipeline opportunities into early resourcing inputs and maintain visibility between demand and team capacity.
• Improve coordination workflows and use AI tools for reporting, planning, action tracking, and workflow automation.

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical, Electronic, or Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline.
• 2–4 years of experience in program coordination, project management, engineering operations, software delivery, or a related technical environment.
• Experience coordinating software or engineering projects using agile practices, sprint planning, milestone tracking, and delivery follow-up.
• Working knowledge of GitHub Issues, GitHub Projects, GitHub Actions, Jira, or equivalent collaboration tools.
• Basic scripting or automation capability using Python, Bash, or AI-assisted workflow automation.
• Strong written and verbal communication, with a structured, proactive, and detail-oriented approach to managing parallel workstreams.
