Delivery Manager (Healthcare)

Location: Remote within the United States, with the role associated with Rochester, Minnesota. Monday–Friday schedule; 10%+ travel may be required.

Salary: $97,448.00–$136,448.00 per year.

What you will do

• Plan, direct, and coordinate external client onboarding and delivery activities across the hirify.global Platform portfolio.
• Develop deployment and onboarding plans aligned with business objectives, schedules, and budgets.
• Coordinate internal and external stakeholders, including clients, services, legal, physicians’ offices, training and education, and technical teams.
• Lead change management, creative problem-solving, decision-making, and process improvement initiatives.
• Establish delivery standards, guidelines, tools, checklists, templates, and methodologies.
• Monitor key performance indicators, risks, issues, throughput, outcomes, and end-user satisfaction, providing recommendations for improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, finance, or a related professional field.
• At least 6 years of business management experience, including small or medium project management activities.
• Experience with project management, change management tools and processes, and process improvement.
• Leadership skills in team building, conflict resolution, creative problem solving, and influencing autonomous teams.
• Strong written, oral, and presentation skills for communication with healthcare executives, professionals, physicians, committees, and other stakeholders.
• Must be able to work remotely from the United States; visa sponsorship, visa transfer, and F-1 STEM OPT extension support are not available.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree.
• Broad knowledge of project management methodologies, standards, and tools.
• Experience working in complex environments with multidimensional points of view.
