Delivery Director - Project Delivery (Azure)

Location: Remote, US only; travel up to 20%.

Base salary: $148,000–$212,000 USD annually, plus eligibility for an annual discretionary/utilization bonus.

What you will do

• Own delivery strategy, prioritization, governance, and outcomes across a portfolio of accounts or programs.
• Build executive-level relationships with C-suite, SVP, and VP stakeholders and provide consultative guidance.
• Drive portfolio financial performance, including revenue, margin, forecasting, resourcing, and delivery cost-to-serve.
• Lead Senior Delivery Managers and Delivery Managers through people management, mentorship, feedback, and escalation support.
• Lead pursuit strategy, pre-sales delivery approaches, estimation, risk shaping, and account expansion initiatives.
• Develop delivery standards, communities, workforce plans, capability plans, and succession strategies.

Requirements

• 10+ years of consulting, program, or delivery leadership experience.
• Proven ability to lead portfolios or large programs across multiple teams and engagements.
• Strong executive stakeholder management experience with C-suite, SVP, and VP leaders.
• Experience driving delivery outcomes, governance, and accountability across delivery leaders.
• Must be based in the United States; work visa sponsorship is not available.
• Ability to travel up to 20%.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree and experience owning margin, revenue, or forecast targets.
• Experience with pursuits, account growth, strategic deal support, and negotiating Statements of Work or Change Orders.
• Certifications such as SAFe, PMP, RTE, SPC, or PgMP.
• Experience across multiple delivery domains and exposure to Azure, AWS, or GCP.
