Director of Implementations (Fintech)

Location: Hybrid role based in the United States, with offices in San Francisco, CA or New York, NY. In-office work is required on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.

Salary: $195,000–$245,000 per year base pay, plus equity and other compensation components.

hirify.global is a Series A fintech startup building an AI-native disputes automation and fraud prevention platform for financial institutions.

What you will do

• Lead, hire, develop, and grow a team of Technical Program Managers.
• Own the end-to-end implementation methodology, including kickoff, integrations, configuration, testing, data migration, go-live, and customer handoff.
• Develop implementation playbooks, templates, documentation, governance models, dashboards, and performance metrics.
• Partner with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Experience on scoping, handoffs, roadmap feedback, configuration tooling, and account health.
• Own implementation KPIs, identify bottlenecks, improve processes, and report implementation health to leadership.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in fintech, banking technology, or payments implementation, including client-facing or professional services work.
• Experience leading implementation or solutions teams, including hiring and developing talent.
• Strong project management, risk management, communication, and stakeholder alignment skills.
• Experience scaling an implementation or delivery function through process, tooling, and governance improvements.
• Ability to prioritize multiple concurrent implementation timelines and manage customer escalations.

Nice to have

• Fintech or payments experience combined with SaaS or fintech implementation experience.
• Core banking and card network integration experience.
• Management consulting or professional services experience with complex client engagements.
• Familiarity with card network certification, PCI compliance, Reg E, Reg Z, Nacha, or card network rules.
