Workday Integrations Developer / Support Analyst (Mid to Senior)

What you will do

• Monitor scheduled and event-driven Workday integrations and investigate failed, delayed, or incomplete runs.
• Troubleshoot integration events, logs, web-service responses, source and target data, and downstream results; perform root-cause analysis.
• Support, design, build, test, deploy, and enhance integrations, custom reports, and calculated fields using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, SOAP/REST, RaaS, XSLT/XPath, XML, JSON, and CSV.
• Validate financial data flows across GL, AP, AR, supplier invoicing, payments, banking, journals, reporting, reconciliations, and period-end activities.
• Support Workday security activities, including security groups, domain and business-process security, ISUs, authentication, certificates, access troubleshooting, and reviews.
• Coordinate incidents and changes with Finance, IT, vendors, and third-party system owners while maintaining documentation and improving monitoring, controls, and automation.

Requirements

• 2+ years of Workday integration development and/or production support experience, including hands-on troubleshooting of failed integrations.
• Hands-on knowledge of Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, Workday web services, SOAP/REST/RaaS, and XSLT/XPath.
• Experience with XML, JSON, CSV, APIs, ETL/data transformation, and SQL.
• Working knowledge of accounting and finance processes, including Workday Financials and finance integrations such as GL, AP, AR, supplier invoicing, payments, reporting, or consolidations.
• Ability to investigate production issues independently, assess impact, communicate resolutions, and work with Workday integration and application security.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance/Accounting, or a related field preferred; equivalent hands-on Workday experience may be considered.

Nice to have

• Workday Integration or Workday Pro certification.
• Workday Extend, Prism, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Decision Focus, OneStream, Alteryx, JIRA, or Git/CI/CD experience.
• Insurance, reinsurance, accounting, or corporate finance systems experience.
• Java, Python, or JavaScript experience.
