Engineering Lead – ERP Services

Location: Manila, Philippines; 50% hybrid working with an average of two to three days onsite

What you will do

• Own the engineering, operation, reliability, security, and continuous evolution of the ERP technology capability.
• Lead and develop the ERP engineering team, establishing clear ownership, accountability, coaching, and succession plans.
• Translate Finance, Product, and business priorities into engineering plans, resource allocation, and sustainable delivery outcomes.
• Guide the evolution of Oracle Fusion and related integrations, APIs, data flows, and enterprise services.
• Establish effective observability, incident management, resilience, disaster recovery, business continuity, and operational risk practices.
• Manage technical relationships with ERP vendors and implementation partners while retaining internal engineering ownership.

Requirements

• Significant experience leading engineering teams responsible for complex, business-critical enterprise technology.
• Strong experience with ERP platforms or similarly complex enterprise SaaS ecosystems.
• Experience combining people leadership with technical leadership and enterprise platform ownership.
• Strong understanding of integrations, APIs, data flows, system dependencies, reliability, security, observability, and lifecycle management.
• Experience working with Finance or other complex enterprise business domains and translating priorities into engineering plans.
• Experience working with vendors, implementation partners, managed service providers, architects, Product Managers, and engineering leaders.

Nice to have

• Experience with Oracle Fusion or comparable enterprise ERP platforms.
• Experience leading ERP transformation, implementation, or modernisation.
