TL;DR
HubSpot Specialist (APIs & Automation) (HubSpot/REST APIs/JavaScript/Python): Building and optimizing HubSpot CRM workflows, custom integrations, and data synchronization systems with an accent on automation, CRM architecture, and reliable API connectivity. Focus on designing scalable integrations, troubleshooting complex workflow and data-quality issues, and improving system reliability through monitoring, logging, and error handling.
Location: Onsite in Ortigas, Pasig City, Philippines; working hours are 6:00–15:00 MNL time.

What you will do
- Administer, optimize, and expand HubSpot CRM objects, properties, associations, pipelines, permissions, and data structures.
- Build and maintain workflows for lead management, enrichment, scoring, routing, notifications, and other operational processes.
- Design integrations between HubSpot, internal applications, and third-party platforms using REST APIs, webhooks, JSON, HTTP, OAuth, and private apps.
- Develop JavaScript or Python scripts and custom code actions to extend HubSpot beyond standard functionality.
- Maintain data synchronization, validation, transformation, deduplication, and error-handling processes.
- Monitor automations and integrations, troubleshoot root causes, improve reliability, and document system architecture and business logic.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience in HubSpot administration, CRM implementation, workflow automation, or systems integration.
- Strong knowledge of HubSpot CRM objects, properties, associations, pipelines, workflows, and data management.
- Practical experience with REST APIs, webhooks, JSON, HTTP, OAuth, and business-application integrations.
- Working knowledge of JavaScript or Python for scripting and integration development.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work onsite in Ortigas, Pasig City, Philippines, from 6:00 to 15:00 MNL time. Excellent written and verbal English is required.
Nice to have
- Experience with HubSpot API, custom code actions, private apps, and custom objects.
- Familiarity with Make, Zapier, n8n, Clay, Apify, SQL, relational databases, or CRM migrations.
- Experience with AI-powered coding tools such as Claude Code or Cursor.
- Background in Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, or Revenue Operations.
