TL;DR

Senior Dynamics 365 BC Functional Consultant (ERP): Guiding clients through successful implementations and integrations of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central to optimize business processes, with an accent on presales, analysis, and end-user training. Focus on evaluating customer processes, performing fit-gap analysis, and managing end-to-end project coordination within budget.

Location: Singapore / Malaysia / Indonesia / Philippines - Hybrid (Remote and In Person)

What you will do

  • Provide consulting, presales, demonstrations, analysis, implementation, and training for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
  • Evaluate customer business processes against standard Microsoft Dynamics functionality.
  • Document business requirements and perform fit-gap analysis, collaborating with technical consultants and client stakeholders.
  • Facilitate decision-making and develop functional design documents for modifications and customisations.
  • Manage end-to-end project coordination and take responsibility for successful project completion within budget.
  • Mentor and train other consultants on best practices and identify opportunities for cross-selling.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Subject Matter Expert in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (D365 BC).
  • Strong experience delivering large, complex technology projects, including full lifecycle implementations across multiple versions of D365 BC.
  • Excellent knowledge of core D365 BC functionality and the business processes it supports.
  • Experience with setup, configuration, implementation, enhancements, integration, and testing of D365 BC solutions.
  • Strong business communication skills, with effective presentation and demonstration abilities, and excellent written and verbal communication in English.
  • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree, preferably in Information Technology or an equivalent professional qualification.

Nice to have

  • Experience using Azure DevOps and other test management tools.
  • Understanding of business intelligence concepts, including reporting and analytics.
  • Relevant Microsoft certifications.
  • Project Management certification.
