SAP S/4HANA WM Support Lead

Location: Taguig City, Philippines; full-time, with an emphasis on in-person collaboration.

What you will do

• Provide Tier 2 support across Warehouse Management, Procurement, Contracts Management, Inventory Management, Invoice Verification, and Sales & Distribution, with a focus on WM, MM, and LM.
• Deliver SAP project work from baseline configuration and system integration through functional design, testing, and user acceptance.
• Prepare functional requirements, enterprise structures, process documentation, control matrices, and testing scenarios.
• Write functional specifications using SAP standard tables, BAPIs, and BAdIs, and troubleshoot conflicts between business requirements and standard functionality.
• Lead client design workshops and manage functional team deliverables for small and large-scale projects.
• Build relationships with executives, business stakeholders, subject matter experts, and professional networks while contributing to the SAP Practice knowledge base.

Requirements

• 8+ years of hands-on SAP implementation and support experience.
• Deep hands-on expertise in WM, MM, and LM.
• At least one end-to-end S/4HANA implementation and three end-to-end SAP ECC implementations.
• Expertise in functional specifications, SAP standard tables, BAPIs, BAdIs, and workflows.
• Ability to lead delivery teams, troubleshoot complex issues, and recommend scalable alternatives.
• An undergraduate degree in mathematics, computer science, engineering, or a related information technology discipline is preferred.
