Systems Implementation Engineer (ERP)

Location: Remote, but must be a Filipino citizen based in or near Metro Manila (Mega Manila area). Work Monday to Friday on a US Pacific Time or Philippine Time schedule, with possible adjustments after onboarding based on client assignment.

What you will do

• Support client implementations across discovery, solution design, system build, UAT, rollout, and post-go-live hypercare.
• Analyze client processes, data, and pain points, with a focus on procurement, inventory, logistics, and warehousing.
• Support data cleansing, validation, schema setup, migration, and quality checks before and after go-live.
• Assist with system configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and workflow optimization.
• Prepare process documentation, configuration workbooks, training materials, project trackers, dashboards, and reports.
• Coordinate with product, engineering, support, and US FDS teams to resolve issues and improve implementation playbooks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Filipino citizenship and residence in or near Metro Manila are required.
• Native-level English communication proficiency, specified as C1/C2.
• 2–5+ years of experience in systems implementation or business operations.
• Fundamental knowledge of supply chain, enterprise software, and systems implementation.
• Strong skills in spreadsheets, schemas, large datasets, data cleanup, validation, workflows, and troubleshooting.

Nice to have

• Experience with ERP, CRM, or workflow systems such as NetSuite, SAP, Sage, Odoo, or Cin7.
• SQL, coding, supply chain systems, finance and accounting workflows, or business process design experience.
• Experience configuring and testing API credentials for Shopify, QuickBooks, 3PL, WMS, or similar integrated platforms.
• Master’s degree in a relevant discipline.
