Captive Implementation Manager (Insurance)

Location: Remote - USA

Salary: $70,000–$82,000 annual

What you will do

• Project-manage new captive insurance business implementations and selected renewal activities.
• Lead captive implementation cases from initial engagement through regulatory approval and formal closing.
• Prepare and submit captive insurance licensing applications, renewal notifications, and amendments to Departments of Insurance.
• Review technical insurance documents and regulatory submissions for accuracy and completeness.
• Act as the primary contact for clients and coordinate communication with brokers, service providers, and cross-functional colleagues.
• Maintain case-tracking databases and client files while completing assigned implementation projects.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in insurance or financial services.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks with attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively under deadlines and in high-pressure, fast-paced conditions.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Adobe PDF, and project-tracking tools.
• Ability to understand and communicate regulatory requirements to clients and brokers.
