Integrated Master Scheduler (Aerospace)

Location: Chantilly, Virginia, United States; remote option available

Salary: $140,000–$165,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Retrieve, review, consolidate, and maintain integrated master schedules using inputs from contractors, government stakeholders, and partner organizations.
• Conduct Critical Path Method analysis and Schedule Risk Assessments for ground system software and hardware development.
• Identify schedule conflicts, critical paths, risks, dependencies, and divergences, and present findings to leadership.
• Perform configuration management and review deliverables for contract compliance and on-time CDRL delivery.
• Coordinate reviews and feedback with SDA subject matter experts, product managers, cross-functional teams, and external stakeholders.
• Develop internal briefing materials and external-facing schedule products, and provide general support to the Space Development Agency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and relevant experience building and revising Integrated Master Schedules.
• 7+ years of experience developing integrated master schedules with Microsoft Project and 7+ years of project management experience.
• Prior experience supporting space systems or major defense acquisition programs in industry or government.
• Strong understanding of Critical Path Method, Schedule Risk Assessment, and Earned Value Management principles.
• Excellent written and visual communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced organization.
• Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility required.

• Experience maintaining vertically traceable schedules across schedule hierarchies.
• Experience managing interface hand-offs between interdependent schedules.
• Project Management Professional, Scheduling Professional, or DAWIA program management certification.
