Senior Strategy & Operations Program Lead (Data & AI)

Location: United States

Salary: $144,900–$249,050 USD annually, depending on pay zone. The package may also include an annual performance bonus, equity, and benefits.

What you will do

• Establish and scale the Accenture Databricks Business Group operating model, including governance structures, operating cadence, and delivery standards.
• Manage an integrated portfolio covering pipeline, active programs, dependencies, financial performance, delivery health, and risks.
• Lead QBRs, steering committees, executive reviews, decision-making, and escalation resolution across Databricks and Accenture.
• Develop KPI dashboards and standardized tools, templates, and reporting practices for scalable execution.
• Design and manage a strategic partner investment framework with clear pillars, guardrails, milestones, owners, and success metrics.
• Source and evaluate investment opportunities with Accenture leadership and field teams, and coordinate cross-functional execution across GTM, Finance, Product, Legal, and partner organizations.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in program or portfolio management, partner operations, or strategic investments within hyper-growth or large-scale technology environments.
• Experience establishing governance and portfolio management functions for complex, global, multi-stakeholder initiatives.
• Strong business operations, process design, consensus-building, negotiation, and execution leadership skills.
• Experience forming and leading cross-functional virtual teams across GTM, Finance, Product, Legal, Operations, and partner organizations.
• Experience negotiating and closing binding contracts with GSIs, RSIs, and ISVs.
• Strong technical understanding of the Databricks product portfolio and modern cloud and data architectures.
