Director, Business Transformation Lead - Intelligent Enterprise

Location: Chicago, United States; travel generally up to 50%, with in-person presence on large or sensitive programs.

Salary: $141,900–$286,000 per year, plus eligibility for a discretionary performance-based bonus.

What you will do

• Lead future-state operating model and end-to-end process design across Finance, Operations, Technology, data, and reporting.
• Direct human-centered design using personas, jobs-to-be-done, journey maps, user research, prototyping, and testing.
• Own organizational change management, stakeholder alignment, communications, training, readiness, and adoption measurement.
• Maintain the business-side product backlog and connect business drivers to requirements, priorities, benefits, and measurable value.
• Partner with executive sponsors and technical delivery leaders to identify risks, challenge decisions, and protect business outcomes.
• Support commercial planning, proposals, transformation roadmaps, account growth, reusable methods, and development of managers and senior associates.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 10+ years of consulting or advisory experience, including business-side transformation leadership on large enterprise technology programs.
• Experience designing operating models, end-to-end processes, roles, decision rights, and capabilities in a modernized ERP environment.
• Experience leading Finance- or Technology-focused transformations involving ERP, cloud, data, AI, automation, or related enterprise platforms.
• Experience owning organizational change management, adoption targets, human-centered design, product backlogs, and benefits realization.
• Strong executive presence, commercial judgment, and practical understanding of ERP, cloud, data, and AI capabilities.

Nice to have

• CPA or master’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Operations, Information Systems, Technology, or a related field.
• Experience with AI and automation governance, Agile or scaled-Agile delivery, and modern operating models.
• Prosci, ADKAR, design-thinking, service-design, SAFe Agilist, PMI-ACP, Product Owner, or Scrum certification.
