Product Introduction Manager (Audio)

What you will do

• Lead cross-functional new product introduction programs from program start through manufacturing.
• Own NPI schedules, budgets, deliverables, product costs, and launch targets.
• Coordinate with contract manufacturers on design for manufacturing, prototype and pilot builds, reliability testing, and manufacturing readiness.
• Develop and continuously improve NPI processes to support successful product launches.
• Identify program risks, propose mitigation plans, and influence program direction at the executive level.
• Manage internal and external teams to achieve volume, quality, cost, and critical-to-launch targets.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in program management.
• Engineering bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university.
• Comprehensive knowledge of project management principles, practices, and procedures.
• Experience with consumer electronics and high-technology product development; audio product experience is preferred.
• Experience with engineering processes, including design practices, design reviews, and patents.
• Strong leadership, organizational, communication, interpersonal, and ownership skills, with experience working with contract manufacturers and suppliers.
