What you will do

• Position Databricks as a strategic AI transformation partner for CEOs, boards, C-suite, and functional leaders.
• Build senior customer, systems integrator, and strategic partner relationships and execute co-sell initiatives.
• Co-create AI transformation roadmaps and guide their translation into deployment and measurable value.
• Develop repeatable C-suite engagement models, workshops, enablement programs, and operating models with FDE teams and partners.
• Build Databricks' AI transformation narrative and credibility within a target industry or business function.
• Recruit and lead an external Expert Advisory Council of C-suite AI transformation leaders.

Requirements

• At least 15 years of enterprise digital or AI transformation experience as an operator or consultant.
• At least 5 years of direct experience leading transformations with enterprise C-suite stakeholders.
• Practical AI transformation experience in at least one of these sectors: healthcare and life sciences, financial institutions, public sector, manufacturing, retail, consumer goods, technology, media, or telecom.
• Experience developing and implementing operating models for large-scale transformations.
• Extensive experience working with systems integrators and other implementation partners.
• Sufficient technical expertise to define realistic transformation objectives and timelines and establish credibility with technical teams.
