Strategist, Enterprise (AI)

Location: New York; hybrid model with four or more days per week in the office. Global travel for client work may be required.

Salary: $75,000–$85,000 per year.

What you will do

• Build relationships with C-suite executives, business leaders, and AI, Product, Marketing, Design, and Data leaders.
• Guide clients through opportunity discovery, current-state assessments, capability and maturity analysis, and stakeholder interviews.
• Help design target-state capabilities, digital operating models, ways of working, and transformation roadmaps.
• Advise on digital and AI innovation, including impacts on products, customer experiences, and competitive dynamics.
• Design and facilitate executive workshops and working sessions that support decisions and momentum.
• Author proposals, executive presentations, business cases, engagement documentation, and thought leadership materials.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 2–4 years of professional experience in a client-facing role with enterprise or corporate clients.
• Ability to structure complex, ambiguous business problems and communicate a clear point of view.
• Strong communication skills, professional presence, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
• Current interest in AI, digital technology, organizational transformation, and digital operating models.
• Genuine enthusiasm for in-person collaboration and availability for four or more office days per week in New York; willingness to travel globally for client work.
