What you will do

• Lead complex AI and digital transformation engagements from initial diagnostic through roadmap design and execution.
• Develop AI strategies, maturity assessments, and practical roadmaps that sequence pilots and governance actions.
• Build business cases and value-tracking models to connect AI initiatives to measurable client outcomes.
• Translate business priorities into implementation-ready initiatives in partnership with architects and engineers.
• Lead and coach multidisciplinary teams of consultants and specialists to maintain a high quality bar.
• Contribute to the growth of hirify.global's AI offerings and thought leadership materials.

Requirements

• 7–12+ years of experience in management consulting, technology advisory, or AI strategy.
• Proven experience leading engagements with senior business and technology executives.
• Strong structured problem-solving skills and the ability to synthesize complex insights.
• Sufficient AI and technology fluency to guide multidisciplinary technical teams.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• MBA or other advanced degree.
• Experience with MLOps, responsible AI, or enterprise cloud ecosystems.
• Background in top-tier management consulting or Big 4 advisory.
