Senior Software Engineering Manager (C++)

Salary: $137,400–$233,600 USD annual base pay

What you will do

• Define and execute the strategic roadmap for HFS Applications.
• Partner with business and technology teams to deliver scalable software solutions.
• Lead complex, cross-functional technology initiatives and application modernization.
• Promote modern engineering practices across C++, UNIX, microservices, NoSQL, cloud-native development, and CI/CD.
• Ensure compliance with audit, change-control, data-security, and technology-governance requirements.
• Lead, coach, and develop team members while managing priorities, resources, and budget planning.

Requirements

• Strong C++ development experience in UNIX environments, including sockets, shared memory, and semaphores.
• Experience with open-source technologies, NoSQL databases, microservices, cloud-native development, CI/CD, and Agile methodologies.
• Understanding of financial markets and financial instruments.
• Experience leading technology teams and delivering complex application-development initiatives.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related technical discipline.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
