Safety Specialist (EHS)

Location: Fully remote within the Continental United States; candidates must reside in the US. Travel up to 50% to automotive dealer locations. Applications are not accepted from California, Hawaii, or Alaska.

Salary: $75,000–$80,000 per year, commensurate with experience and geographic location.

What you will do

• Own post-sale relationships for assigned accounts from onboarding through renewal.
• Lead remote software onboarding, including configuration guidance, user training, and go-live support.
• Conduct onsite chemical, equipment, and facility safety inspections at automotive dealerships.
• Document hazards, inspection findings, corrective actions, photos, action plans, and remediation progress.
• Manage account health, adoption plans, customer reporting, renewals, and expansion opportunities.
• Coordinate with Product and Engineering on customer issues, feature requests, recurring pain points, and workflow improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field, four years of OSHA/EHS experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Working knowledge of OSHA and EHS guidelines, with strong analytical, problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and clean motor vehicle record required for business travel.
• Ability to travel, primarily by air and by driving to dealership locations, up to 50% of the time.
• Ability to perform the physical activities associated with travel, including walking, standing, sitting, driving, and operating a laptop and cell phone.
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States; employment visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• ASP, GSP, CSP, or equivalent certification.
• Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM tools.
