Financial Services Representative - Universal Banker - Sainte-Julie

Location: On-site full-time in Sainte-Julie, Quebec, at QC-Sainte Julie, 310 Murano, Suite 101; flexibility to work at multiple nearby banking centres, including evenings and weekends

What you will do

• Meet with personal and business clients to understand their priorities and recommend suitable financial products and solutions.
• Develop forward-looking financial plans using knowledge of technology, cash management, credit, investments, and wealth protection.
• Build and deepen client relationships through outreach, marketing activities, networking, and referrals.
• Introduce clients to mobile and online banking applications and help them manage their banking needs digitally.
• Work collaboratively to connect clients with the right internal specialists and opportunities.

Requirements

• At least one year of experience working with clients and achieving sales results.
• Current accreditation and good standing with a Mutual Funds License, such as the Canadian Securities Course or Investment Funds In Canada.
• Client-first mindset, goal orientation, critical thinking, curiosity, and strong relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work regular banking centre hours, including evenings and weekends, and travel to nearby banking centres.
• Legally eligible to work at the specified location; a valid work or study permit may be required.

• Previous banking experience in a similar capacity.
