Financial Services Representative - Intake

Location: Manotick, Ontario, Canada; full-time onsite at the banking centre, with flexibility to work at multiple nearby banking centres.

What you will do

• Meet with clients to understand their personal and business priorities and recommend suitable financial solutions.
• Provide guidance on cash management, credit, investments, wealth protection, and forward-looking financial planning.
• Build and deepen client relationships through outreach, marketing activities, and network development.
• Connect clients with the right internal specialists and opportunities.
• Introduce clients to mobile banking applications and support their digital banking needs.
• Work banking centre hours, including possible evenings and weekends.

Requirements

• Current Mutual Funds License accreditation in good standing, such as the Canadian Securities Course or Investment Funds In Canada.
• At least one year of experience working with clients and achieving sales results.
• Client-focused, goal-oriented, detail-oriented, and strong in critical thinking.
• Ability to build trusted relationships and work collaboratively with diverse partners.
• Legally eligible to work at the specified Canadian location; a valid work or study permit is required where applicable.
• Willingness to work full-time onsite and travel between nearby banking centres when needed.
