What you will do
- Act as the first point of contact for internal IT requests, incidents, and service inquiries.
- Manage onboarding and offboarding, including account creation, access provisioning, and equipment setup.
- Administer Google Workspace and Atlassian tools, including user access, permissions, licensing, and basic configuration.
- Support macOS devices, Apple Business Manager, MDM enrollment, troubleshooting, and user assistance.
- Track software licenses and document IT procedures, runbooks, and FAQs.
- Identify repetitive tasks and help automate workflows in collaboration with IT, Security, and Operations.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in service desk, IT support, or helpdesk roles.
- Hands-on experience with Google Workspace administration and familiarity with Jira and Confluence.
- Experience supporting macOS users and common desktop applications.
- Basic understanding of identity and access management, with strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Clear communication, strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Curiosity and motivation to learn automation, scripting, and modern IT operations.
Nice to have
- Experience with Apple Business Manager and macOS MDM solutions.
- Basic Bash, Python, or workflow automation experience.
- Experience documenting processes or maintaining internal knowledge bases.
- Interest in IT operations, security, or systems administration.
