IT Support Trainee

Location: Madrid, Spain; based at the hirify.global Hotel Group EMEA headquarters. Candidates must be able to work in Europe.

What you will do

• Support the IT team with daily administrative tasks and service requests.
• Set up laptops, mobile phones, user accounts, and other equipment.
• Respond to Help Desk issues and follow up on IT tickets.
• Maintain the IT equipment inventory.
• Contribute to small IT projects with the team.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in an academic program and eligible for an internship agreement.
• Academic interest or coursework in IT.
• Good understanding of Microsoft Windows 11 installation, configuration, and imaging solutions, plus Android and iOS.
• Experience with video collaboration systems, such as Logitech or Microsoft Teams-based systems.
• Good Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Microsoft 365 skills, especially Teams.
• Fluent English, both verbal and written; ability to work in Europe.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of macOS.
