Technical Implementation Associate (English and German)

Location: Spain; candidates must be located in Málaga or Valencia. Flexible remote work is combined with in-person collaboration, including one day per week at the nearest office.

What you will do

• Understand how the hirify.global platform can be configured to meet customer needs.
• Collaborate with account managers to understand assignment scope, timelines, and customer requirements.
• Manage assignments from case creation through resolution while coordinating with other teams.
• Configure customized solutions, including moving configurations from test environments to production.
• Analyze and create relevant reports and run QA tests to verify solution quality.
• Prioritize assignments and maintain a clear understanding of their context and relevance.

Requirements

• Fluent English and German.
• Strong analytical capabilities and exceptional communication skills.
• Passion for technology and comfort using AI tools in day-to-day work.
• Genuine interest in staying current with emerging AI capabilities.
• Advanced education is valued.
