Junior IT Helpdesk Engineer

What you will do

• Handle helpdesk tickets and provide day-to-day IT and desktop support.
• Support office infrastructure, including WiFi and network connectivity.
• Manage devices through WorkspaceOne and endpoint security through Carbon Black.
• Onboard and offboard users, prepare laptops through imaging, and securely wipe devices.
• Maintain accurate asset records and collaborate with the global IT team to improve operating procedures.

Requirements

• Experience in helpdesk and desktop support.
• Understanding of local area networking, WiFi, and related security concepts.
• Experience managing connectivity in small sites, including firewalls, switches, and access points.
• Some experience supporting Okta, Google Workspace, Tempworks, or another ATS.
• Good automation, communication, prioritization, and documentation skills.
• Adaptability, enthusiasm for technology, and the ability to work under pressure.
