Senior Platform / DevOps Engineer (AI)

What you will do

• Build and operate scalable, secure, automated Kubernetes infrastructure for AI-driven clinical and data-intensive workloads.
• Lead GitOps adoption so infrastructure and application changes are delivered through version-controlled automated pipelines.
• Improve monitoring, observability, and reliability across multi-tenant environments with demanding GPU workloads.
• Collaborate with engineering, data, and security teams to design cloud-native solutions and production deployment practices.
• Troubleshoot complex distributed systems and proactively improve platform reliability.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant DevOps or SRE experience.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Production Kubernetes experience, including multi-tenant clusters, GPU scheduling, autoscaling, RBAC, namespaces, operators, Helm, and Kustomize.
• Hands-on experience with Terraform, ArgoCD, and CI/CD platforms such as Bitbucket Pipelines, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Jenkins.
• Experience with monitoring, logging, tracing, container security, secrets management, and policy enforcement.
• Strong Linux, networking, scripting, troubleshooting, collaboration, and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of GCP services including GKE, AlloyDB, CloudSQL, BigQuery, and Cloud Storage; AWS or Azure experience is also valued.
• Experience with GPU workloads, including NVIDIA device plugin, MIG, CUDA runtime, and scheduling optimization.
• Familiarity with service meshes such as Istio or Linkerd.
• Knowledge of SOC 2, ISO 27001, or ENS security and compliance frameworks.
