Senior DevOps Engineer (AI)

Location: Hybrid work with remote and onsite days; facilities and shuttle service are provided in Madrid, Spain.

What you will do

• Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines for GenAI applications and containerized services.
• Design infrastructure architecture and deploy solutions across development, testing, and production environments.
• Build and maintain AWS cloud-native infrastructure supporting the full AI lifecycle.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning with CloudFormation, Terraform, or CDK.
• Run Kubernetes workloads on EKS, including networking, DNS, load balancing, and perimeter security.
• Monitor production systems, lead root-cause analysis, resolve incidents, and collaborate with data engineering and ML teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or Platform Engineering.
• Production experience operating AWS services with availability, cost optimization, and security requirements.
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, microservices orchestration, and CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or GitLab CI.
• Strong scripting and automation skills with Python, Bash, or Go, plus Infrastructure as Code experience.
• Experience with monitoring, logging, cloud security, and compliance.
• Spanish proficiency and a high level of English are required. A BSc or MSc in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field is required.

Nice to have

• Experience designing infrastructure architecture and working with GCP.
• Experience supporting GenAI or ML workloads, including Amazon Bedrock or SageMaker.
• Cloud, Kubernetes, or DevOps certifications such as AWS DevOps Engineer, AWS Solutions Architect, CKA, CKAD, or CKS.
• MSc or postgraduate degree in a technical field.
