DevOps Engineer (AI)

Location: Madrid, Spain, with hybrid work and attendance at the Guadalajara office at least once a week. The remaining two office days can be worked from Madrid or Guadalajara.

What you will do

• Optimize the performance, scalability, and reliability of the model inference API and other production APIs.
• Implement DevOps strategies and improve software development and delivery processes.
• Automate software delivery in collaboration with development and operations teams.
• Deploy, scale, monitor, and manage software in secure, high-availability AWS environments.
• Deploy the software stack to Fortune 500 clients’ servers and address customer infrastructure needs.
• Prioritize a broad workload, troubleshoot root causes, and deliver under tight deadlines.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or significant experience as a Software Engineer.
• 2–5 years of experience working as a DevOps Engineer.
• Experience with large-scale, secure, high-availability AWS solutions and infrastructure automation using Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Experience building CI/CD pipelines with tools such as GitLab CI/CD, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins.
• Experience deploying, managing, and optimizing APIs in production, plus familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Proficiency in Bash, Python, Go, or other scripting and programming languages, with good command of English.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of another EU language.
