Senior DevOps and Infrastructure Engineer

What you will do

• Lead DevOps and Infrastructure teams responsible for development, deployment, and operation of technical infrastructure.
• Ensure the availability, scalability, and reliability of staging and production environments.
• Build complex CI/CD pipelines, improve staging infrastructure, and reduce deployment lead time.
• Implement resilient systems, disaster recovery plans, secure development environments, and deployment strategies.
• Build and manage a high-performing engineering team across regions and time zones through hiring, coaching, and technical guidance.
• Establish and enforce SRE and DevOps practices using concrete operational metrics.

Requirements

• Remote work from Spain.
• At least 3 years of experience leading a team in a fast-growing multinational IT business.
• At least 5 years of DevOps and SRE experience with high-RPS distributed products.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code, deployment strategies, and secure development environments.
• Practical experience developing and maintaining large-scale cloud applications using AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience using data and metrics to justify technical decisions and collaborating with neighboring teams.
