Regional Operations Specialist (m/f/d) (Transportation)

Location: Belgrade, Serbia; hybrid model with travel across Serbia up to 50% of the time

What you will do

• Build and manage relationships with bus operators and support smooth day-to-day operations.
• Train and support operator counterparts and drivers in international quality and service standards.
• Onboard new bus partners and support new route launches and operational initiatives.
• Monitor operational KPIs, identify improvement opportunities, and resolve operational risks.
• Implement quality and safety measures to improve customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
• Conduct operator visits and audits across Serbia and collaborate with internal operational stakeholders.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in operations, ideally in transportation, logistics, mobility, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Office tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with partners, drivers, and local authorities.
• Fluent Serbian and English.
• Proactive, hands-on, solution-oriented approach with a strong sense of ownership.
• Willingness to travel across Serbia up to 50% of the time; a driving license is an advantage.
