Global Data Center Capacity Manager

Location: Remote; Poland, Serbia, Georgia, or Cyprus

What you will do

• Build relationships with data center operators, developers, brokers, and infrastructure partners.
• Identify available, upcoming, off-market, and early-stage data center capacity across target markets.
• Maintain a pipeline covering MW availability, RFS dates, rack density, cooling, connectivity, and expansion potential.
• Qualify sites and capacity opportunities with Engineering, Network, and Capacity Planning teams.
• Support sourcing strategies, commercial negotiations, capacity reservations, expansion rights, powered shells, and build-to-suit opportunities.
• Contribute to hirify.global's data center sourcing and supplier strategy.

Requirements

• Strong experience in the data center, cloud infrastructure, or digital infrastructure industry.
• Established relationships with data center operators, developers, brokers, or infrastructure partners.
• Experience identifying, sourcing, developing, or selling data center capacity.
• Understanding of wholesale and hyperscale colocation markets.
• Working knowledge of critical power, rack density, cooling, redundancy, PUE, connectivity, and infrastructure delivery timelines.
• Understanding of high-density cloud and GPU infrastructure requirements, with strong commercial judgment and relationship-building skills.

Nice to have

• Experience at a neocloud, hyperscaler, data center operator, developer, or specialist data center advisory or brokerage business.
