Logistics Manager

Location: Belgrade, Serbia — hybrid at the K2 Campus office

What you will do

• Lead transformation programs across LATAM and Europe, implementing governance, controls, and operational improvements.
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks across logistics, warehouse replenishment, repair, and reverse-logistics flows.
• Improve turnaround times and transport lead times between third-party logistics hubs and repair centers.
• Manage performance and service delivery for key third-party logistics providers.
• Support regional managers in improving service quality, reducing inefficiencies, and optimizing costs.
• Coordinate the Inventory Control team and stakeholders including field supervisors, technicians, repair centers, 3PL partners, and ITS.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Experience in logistics, service parts, inventory control, warehouse, repair, or reverse-logistics operations.
• Experience managing third-party logistics providers and monitoring operational and service performance.
• Experience leading cross-functional process improvements and implementing governance and operational controls.
• Professional fluency in English and Spanish is required to support stakeholders across LATAM and Europe.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree or recognized certification in supply chain, logistics, operations, project management, or process improvement.
• Experience supporting multinational service-parts operations across LATAM and Europe.
• Knowledge of legacy and current logistics processes, operational interfaces, and technology-enabled process improvements.
• Experience leading transformation programs while managing operational risk and business continuity.
