Junior E-commerce Operations Lead

Location: Warsaw

What you will do

• Monitor and analyze brand performance and product listings
• Coordinate daily operations across supply chain, marketing, support, and brand teams
• Collaborate on pricing strategies, new products, and growth initiatives
• Manage account health and resolve operational issues proactively
• Support onboarding of new brands and marketplace expansion
• Track competitors and emerging trends

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in operations, e-commerce, or brand support roles
• Fluent English
• Analytical mindset and comfort working with performance data
• Experience in project coordination or cross-functional work
• Knowledge of marketplaces like Amazon is a plus
• Strong Excel skills
