[EU] Senior Growth Product Manager (Crypto) — User Activation (Europe)

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end app user experience and improve product distribution efficiency and user journey fluency.
• Establish app-wide product experience standards and design guidelines across user touchpoints.
• Lead user-facing design for innovative products, including AI-powered trading experiences, to improve trading retention.
• Define user segmentation and conversion strategies for trading products to increase transaction frequency and depth.
• Manage localization for European markets, adapting product flows, copy, visuals, and UX patterns to regional user behavior and regulatory requirements.
• Optimize regional activation and conversion by improving onboarding, KYC flows, nudges, and feature presentation for European users.

Requirements

• 5+ years of user-facing product experience; trading platform or fintech experience is preferred.
• Experience taking innovative products from 0 to 1 with hands-on execution.
• Ability to build scalable platform-level product frameworks and standards.
• Experience with user segmentation, conversion funnel optimization, and data-informed decision-making.
• Experience managing localization for multi-market European products, including i18n workflows and vendor management.
• Understanding of European user behavior, MiCA, GDPR, KYC/KYB flows, risk disclosures, and marketing restrictions.

Nice to have

• Bilingual English and Mandarin proficiency.
