Product Owner (AI)

What you will do

• Own the monitoring product from discovery and scoping through delivery, iteration, and performance improvement.
• Translate product goals into a prioritized backlog and actionable user stories for the engineering squad.
• Collaborate with Scientific, Engineering, and Design teams to align technical feasibility and operational needs.
• Break down complex clinical workflows, including risk detection and protocol deviation flags, into clear requirements.
• Use feedback from live studies and internal stakeholders to optimize product performance.
• Serve as the primary product reference for the squad and clarify product priorities and rationale.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in SaaS or data-heavy environments.
• Deep knowledge of clinical trial processes, especially Monitoring, RBQM/RBM, or Clinical Operations.
• Experience translating complex data workflows, thresholds, KRIs, and alerts into user-centered requirements.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to explain complex scientific topics to technical teams.

Nice to have

• Professional experience as a CRA, CTM, or in Clinical Data Management.
• Familiarity with CTMS/eTMF updates and automated query generation logic.
• Experience in a high-growth, squad-based agile environment.
