Product Owner III (Generative AI)

Location: In-office in East Brunswick, NJ; Pittsburgh, PA; Tysons Corner, VA; Houston, TX; Philadelphia, PA; or Charlotte, NC, United States

Base salary: $91,000–$202,800 per year, plus incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Lead product strategy and execution for offer platform transformation and modernization.
• Identify innovation opportunities beyond the core Offer Modernization roadmap.
• Translate Generative AI, Agentic AI, intelligent automation, and emerging technologies into use cases, prototypes, MVPs, and production capabilities.
• Partner with Product, Marketing, Technology, Data, AI, Operations, Risk, Architecture, and Engineering stakeholders.
• Build reusable product capabilities and patterns across offer types, products, channels, and customer journeys.
• Define measurable outcomes while balancing innovation, scalability, governance, privacy, and risk controls.

Requirements

• Must work in an in-office capacity from one of the listed United States locations.
• Typically requires a bachelor's degree and 5+ years of industry-relevant experience; comparable education, certifications, and experience may be considered.
• Experience with product management, Product Ownership, Agile delivery, platform modernization, or transformation initiatives.
• Understanding of Generative AI, Agentic AI, AI agents, LLMs, orchestration, grounding/RAG, tool integration, and human-in-the-loop approaches.
• Experience working with enterprise technology, architecture, data, AI/ML, engineering teams, APIs, enterprise data integrations, SaaS platforms, and modern technology architectures.

Nice to have

• Experience in financial services, banking, MarTech, offer management, rewards, pricing, personalization, or customer decisioning.
• Knowledge of Responsible AI, data privacy, governance, risk, and control considerations in regulated environments.
• Product Owner or Product Management certification such as CSPO or SAFe POPM.
