Senior Product Owner (Gen AI, Agentic AI)

Location: Hybrid role based in Reston, Virginia, United States, with onsite and remote work.

Salary: $73.49–$77.00 per hour.

What you will do

• Identify and define Generative AI and Agentic AI use cases across the organization.
• Partner with business stakeholders to gather, refine, and prioritize product requirements.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Solution Architects, Data Scientists, and development teams to design AI-enabled solutions.
• Own product vision, roadmaps, backlog priorities, epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Guide AI initiatives from concept through delivery, implementation, and adoption.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and communicate priorities, risks, and progress to stakeholders and leadership.

Requirements

• 10+ years of IT experience, including 7–8+ years as a Product Owner.
• Experience with Generative AI and Agentic AI use cases, products, or initiatives.
• Experience identifying AI adoption opportunities and translating them into product requirements.
• Experience managing product roadmaps, backlogs, epics, features, and user stories.
• Experience working with business stakeholders, architects, data teams, and developers.
• Strong Agile/Scrum, communication, stakeholder management, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Healthcare industry or healthcare product experience.
• Certified Scrum Product Owner or another Agile/Product certification.
• Experience supporting enterprise AI initiatives.
• Experience working with Data Science, Machine Learning, or AI delivery teams.
