What you will do

• Support the CEO Office in defining and executing hirify.global’s growth strategy across Europe.
• Design and continuously optimize the operating model for rapid business growth.
• Lead and support strategic central initiatives and programmes across European markets.
• Support business planning, reporting, and P&L tracking for data-driven decision-making.
• Analyze business performance, identify operational bottlenecks, and implement improvements.
• Drive cross-functional projects across Sales, Operations, Product, Marketing, and Finance from concept through implementation.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in top-tier management consulting, a fast-growth startup, or investment banking.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn strategy into execution.
• Experience designing operational processes, operating models, or business frameworks.
• Ability to work with data and business performance metrics, including revenue and P&L reporting.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to build processes from scratch in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Experience using no-code AI tools to streamline workflows and solve operational problems.
