Manager – Business Advisory and Project Management (Life Sciences)

What you will do

• Lead technically complex implementation, migration, and business advisory projects and programs across the life sciences value chain.
• Develop project and program plans, timelines, budgets, RfP responses, and delivery approaches.
• Monitor milestones, risks, issues, budgets, costs, timelines, and quality, taking corrective action when needed.
• Lead cross-functional workstreams involving BASE/Infosys, external partners, clients, and internal stakeholders.
• Translate business requirements into executable plans and technical specifications.
• Prepare executive summaries, status reports, escalation plans, and stakeholder communications.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a technical project or program manager in Regulatory, Clinical, Quality, GxP, or another life sciences area.
• Experience managing technically complex software development, IT implementation, data migration, or similar projects.
• Experience leading technical teams and delivering data-driven projects or programs.
• Experience with project management tools such as JIRA, Smartsheet, or Microsoft Project.
• Experience with Agile project management methodologies such as SAFe.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills are required.

Nice to have

• PMP certification.
• Experience selling projects or products to clients.
• Experience with Veeva Vault, Salesforce, or similar technologies.
• Professional experience working with AI.
