Senior Associate (Web3)

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end partner projects, tracking KPIs, milestones, deliverables, risks, and multiple workstreams.
• Build trusted relationships with clients and stakeholders to support adoption, renewals, revenue opportunities, and project alignment.
• Organize project-related events and coordinate resources across teams to resolve client issues.
• Source, contact, and screen relevant startups for client projects, investments, and business development opportunities.
• Identify licensing, strategic investment, and commercial opportunities, and prepare engagement plans and proposals.
• Produce project documentation, market and industry reports, dealflows, proof-of-concept summaries, and client case studies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration, economics, or a related field preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in a client-facing role and a proven record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
• Strong project management, coordination, analytical, organizational, and process improvement skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions, data analysis, and automation, plus experience with Microsoft Power BI for data modeling and business intelligence reporting.
• Excellent communication and public speaking skills, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English and Spanish is essential.

Nice to have

• Startup experience or experience managing acceleration, incubator, or entrepreneurship programs.
• Strong knowledge of the video game industry, Web3, or the metaverse.
