Senior Product Manager – Clinical Operations Workflows (AI)

What you will do

• Own the full product lifecycle from discovery and backlog grooming through delivery, launch, and optimization.
• Define and execute the roadmap for clinical trial operations workflows.
• Work with engineers, data scientists, clinical experts, and adjacent product teams to coordinate end-to-end workflow delivery.
• Design auditable, inspection-ready workflows for site qualification, training, documentation, and activation.
• Partner with Marketing, Sales, Clinical Research, and executive leadership to communicate progress and manage expectations.
• Identify AI opportunities, define product requirements, establish KPIs, and measure product health, ROI, and trial-efficiency impact.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management, a technical role, business analysis, or a strategic function.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, data-driven decision-making, and cross-functional communication skills.
• Experience building workflow or process-automation products for complex, multi-stakeholder operations.
• Experience designing products that depend on coordinated handoffs between teams and systems.
• Experience with clinical operations, site management, trial documentation, or GxP and quality-driven environments is valuable.
• Fluent English, written and verbal, and an outstanding academic record are required.
