Product Manager II (Healthcare)

Location: Remote (United States); periodic travel for work is required.

What you will do

• Own workflow strategy and end-to-end execution across the three pillars of the Bamboo Intelligence Hub Platform.
• Engage with customers to identify workflow pain points, adoption barriers, and opportunities for improvement.
• Create product requirements, PRDs, workflow documentation, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Partner with engineering and product leads to design scalable, technically sound cross-pillar workflows.
• Monitor adoption, engagement, and utilization metrics and translate insights into roadmap decisions and product changes.
• Identify repetitive tasks and implement scalable automation solutions with team leads.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience; healthcare technology experience is strongly preferred.
• Experience writing detailed product requirements and partnering with engineering teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Experience improving product adoption, utilization, or workflow performance in live customer environments.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, systems-thinking, and workflow-design skills.
• Experience with healthcare transitions, care coordination, or value-based care.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote-first environment and travel periodically for work.

Nice to have

• Experience in healthcare technology.
• Familiarity with AI-supported tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or role-specific tools.
