Manager, Network FP&A (Biotech)

Location: Hybrid role based in Bridgewater, New Jersey, United States. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States.

Salary: $110,706–$145,303 USD base pay annually, with performance-based bonus and/or equity available for eligible roles.

What you will do

• Lead financial planning, forecasting, performance management, and analytics across manufacturing sites, external manufacturing partners, and supply-chain functions.
• Build financial models for capacity planning, network scenarios, product costing, gross-margin analysis, investments, sourcing, and make-versus-buy decisions.
• Own consolidated monthly and quarterly reporting covering actuals, budgets, forecasts, prior-year results, and long-range plans.
• Analyze manufacturing economics, including COGM, cost per batch, productivity, capacity, labor, overhead, inventory, external manufacturing, and gross-margin drivers.
• Develop network finance dashboards, KPI reporting, executive presentations, and analytics connecting financial results with operational drivers.
• Standardize and automate planning, reporting, data quality, and analytical processes in partnership with Finance, IT, data, manufacturing, supply-chain, and other functions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Progressive experience in FP&A, manufacturing finance, supply-chain finance, corporate finance, or a related discipline.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, management reporting, and financial modeling.
• Understanding of manufacturing economics, including COGM, capacity, productivity, inventory, and gross-margin drivers.
• Ability to integrate financial and operational data from multiple sites and functions and translate assumptions into actionable business insights.
• Authorization to work in the United States is required; employment eligibility will be verified through Form I-9 and E-Verify.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree or professional accounting/finance qualification.
• Experience in manufacturing, biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, cell therapy, or another regulated industry.
• Experience with ERP, enterprise planning, reporting, visualization, or analytics platforms.
