Finance Manager, Corporate Planning & Analytics

Location: New York, NY, United States; hybrid arrangement with regular assignment to a hirify.global office and flexibility to work remotely.

Salary: $100,000–$110,000 annually, plus bonus eligibility and benefits.

What you will do

• Own key components of the annual Operating Plan, Strategic Plan, and recurring forecast processes.
• Build financial models, forecasts, and scenario analyses for business performance, strategic initiatives, investments, and risks.
• Analyze revenue, expenses, profitability, capital, and other performance metrics, communicating drivers and implications.
• Prepare executive and Board of Directors materials that turn complex analyses into concise narratives and visuals.
• Partner with Finance, Strategy, Accounting, Treasury, and business leaders to align assumptions and improve accountability.
• Enhance planning and reporting through automation, standardized tools, stronger controls, and improved data quality.

Requirements

• Strong analytical capability across financial planning, forecasting, performance reporting, and strategic analysis.
• Experience developing financial models and evaluating investments, corporate development activity, risks, and strategic decisions.
• Ability to communicate complex financial and operational analysis through clear, decision-oriented narratives and visuals.
• Ability to collaborate with senior leaders and cross-functional Finance and business partners.
• Ability to work in a hybrid arrangement with assignment to a hirify.global office in New York, NY.
