Solutions Consultant (SaaS)

Location: Remote from Mexico, Spain, or Colombia; availability to work the LatAm time zone is required.

What you will do

• Serve as the primary contact for small- to mid-sized property managers during onboarding.
• Conduct detailed virtual product demonstrations to convert prospects into active users.
• Help new customers set up their accounts and optimize hirify.global for their revenue management strategies.
• Communicate the product’s value proposition and ROI to potential clients.
• Maintain CRM information and account history in collaboration with Sales Operations.
• Coordinate account handovers when customers grow beyond the mid-market segment.

Requirements

• 2–3+ years of experience as an Account Executive, Customer Success professional, or in another sales or customer-facing role, preferably in SaaS.
• Fluency in Spanish and English is required.
• Ability to work the LatAm time zone.
• Experience conducting product walkthroughs over video calls and communicating product value and ROI.
• Record of achieving defined sales performance metrics, with a data-driven and analytical mindset.
• Strong communication, presentation, relationship-building, organization, and time-management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with the short-term rental market.
• Experience managing LatAm clients.
• Math score of 85% or higher in 10th grade.
