Supply Chain Development Manager, AFH

Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands; hybrid model with 3 days per week in the Amsterdam office and 2 days from home. Employees may work from anywhere for an additional 20 days per year.

What you will do

• Lead and manage a team of two project managers, including resource planning, mentoring, and delivery oversight.
• Lead high-complexity supply chain projects and oversee projects delivered by direct reports, including product launches, CAPEX investments, cost-saving initiatives, and supply chain changes.
• Manage relationships with business units, peers, the Head of AFH, and senior leadership to align priorities and secure project support.
• Report project progress, milestones, and KPIs to the Growth Leadership Team and other stakeholders.
• Represent Supply Chain in AFH initiatives and ensure projects are feasible and efficient from a supply chain execution perspective.
• Coordinate supply chain, operations, manufacturing, and specialist contributors to implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• EU working permit required; the Orientation Year Visa is not accepted.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree.
• At least 5 years of experience managing teams in supply chain functions.
• Experience in project management and operations, such as factory, logistics, or planning.
• Experience managing indirect teams and engaging stakeholders at all organizational levels.
• Strong business acumen, communication skills, and expertise in Excel and PowerPoint.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of an additional language beyond English.
